You could do a simple DIY. Just take a ribbon and get a cute bow that you do not wear much to tie onto the top of the ribbon. Then hang on a nail or tape it on to something. The options are endless.

Maybe make a tiered stand out of dollar store cake stands or candle holdors and plates. or you can get a rolling storage with some big drawers and dedicate it to hair stuff.
