Hair Extensions ~ On my wall, I hung a medium length of fishing wire and hung my extensions on there.
Makeup Brushes ~ I would go to Target or Walmart and but some clear acrylic bins. Then go to a craft store and buy small beads. Put the beads in the containers, then put your brushes in standing up.
Makeup ~ At Target try have some very inexpensive plastic drawers. That is what I store my makeup in.
Jewelry ~ They have some wall jewelry organizers you could buy in different shapes and colors.
Nail Polish ~ On eBay.com or Amazon.com you could order some clear acrylic wall nail polish organizers or even make your own!

Or make a magnetic makeup organizer/ you can get the metal from your local hardware store and just buy some magnets and glue on the back of all your makeup.

I think this is what amber was talking about for brush storage ideas. you can also use coffee beans, plus they smell delicious!
