Make sure you don't let her try to go too dark too fast. The color won't turn out right and will probably look bad. Stick to a medium brown. The lighter her hair the lighter shade of brown you should chose for now.

Yeah that neutral brown would work. she's used to having lite blonde and has really fare skin.

Her hair is going to fade very quickly because its so light to start with and going dark brown. This isn't something I'd suggest doing at home when going more than 2-3 levels lighter or darker.
