Does anybody know how to keep hair straight in humidity? Nothing seems to work for me and I've tried just about everything.

Aloe Vera oil is good to keep hair flat at any type of weather. what I usually do is straighten it and put it in a slick ponytail (:

I've looked into the chemically straightening thing but I just don't know how damaging it is. Where can I get the Avedas products?

I used Organix keritain treatment to straighten my hair. Keratin is good for your hair and doesn't damage your hair:) it has simple instructions on the back, and if you search it on youtube there are reviews and tutorials!
Hope I helped!

It leaves your hair straight for 2 weeks at a time btw! Not the longest time but totally worth it because it's not damaging and you only have to touch up spots for the first couple days! After that your hair no longer needs to be straightened! It's great lol. For the first two days you can't wear ponies or do anything to bend your hair however. But worth it for 2 weeks of straight frizz free hair :)
