How do I make my hair grow long fast?

My hair is about shoulder length, I really want it to be longer. Is there anything I can put in it to make it grow faster? I also heard trimming it ever two weeks will make it grow fast but I'm scared to cut it.

When I was growing my hair hair out to get my hair at the right length to get my exstentions in I used a shampoo and cond called mane & tail it is made for horses haor but it can be used with human hair too :) also cut out on heat use a deep cond once a week I used the ausie miricle reconstrctor it made my hair feel fab also take hair nail and skin tablets :)!! also try not to wash your hair everyday as you hair needs natural oils to help it grow xx

I think you should try trimming it to cut off the split ends so it allows your hair to grow faster.
