But yeah Monroe would be cute but you have to be sure with dermals cuz they leave a scar if you take them out.

I have 13 piercings, 7 on one ear, 3 on the other, 1 on the nose, 1 on the lip and 1 on the tongue. my favorite one is the tongue and doesn't hurt that much.

I have my nose pierced and I love it! So I'd go with lip or nose. My friends had the 2 dimples and the Monroe and after they took them out it left really bad scars.

Nose! it doesn't hurt at all and when there are days you don't want it in, people barely notice the tiny hole and it didn't hurt at all! very affordable and easy to keep healthy

I love nose peircings but I have a rather large nose I don't wear it these days. It is always open though so I can put a stud in if I want to.

I love all piercings with the right parts. Microdermals are some of my faves so I recommend the dimple ones but you need to get microdermals redone because the skin usually rejects it after x amount of time.

I have dermals (back dimples) and I love them. Be careful when you first get them, you don't want them to get stuck on any clothing or anything. DO NOT wear anything high waisted when they're healing. The only drawback is if you don't want them you have to get surgically removed since your skin grows around them.

You do not need to get dermals surgically removed. Your piercer can take them out. Just make sure you tip them!

Dermals are cool because, like Hilary said, they can go pretty much anywhere on your body. I also think you'd look good with nostrils or a monroe piercing! :)

I say no! They are cute for awhile but mouth piercings will mess up your teeth and when you get rid of face piercings you will have hideous scars! The only one that I would consider having again is my nose... But that's just my opinion...

I think if you're that indecisive about what piercing to get you probably shouldn't get one. You can get all the opinions in the world but it's ultimately your face so you should be sure about it. Maybe you should go and talk to a piercer and ask their opinion. I had my lip done "spider bite" style and I really liked it at the time, but eventually grew out of it. Just remember that what you get done could leave a noticeable scar (especially the dimples or Monroe) so keep that in mind. Not trying to put you off the idea, but just another perspective.

My nose did hurt - not a ton but it wasn't completely painless. Then it got hot and was just sore for a looong time while it was healing. That said, it doesn't matter what any of us say hurts or doesn't, because everyone feels pain differently and you should get the piercing where you want it, independent of increased /decreased pain possibility.
I also agree with Courtney - wait until you're completely sure of what you want! It doesn't benefit you to be indecisive when making a hole in your body - especially when you may have to deal with possible scars in the future!

I think piercings are really a personal choice. It's your body and you're he one who's going to deal with them. If you really want it, get it. I have a friend with a scar above her lip from a failed monroe piercing.

If you have a professional job then might want to lay off facial piercings. I have 9 but only nose and tongue on my face. if you scar easily then you might want to keep that in mind also. I personally don't like the dimples but go with whatever you like the most.
