Does anyone know of a good moisturiser for oily acne prone skin that will mattify my face but still not cause breakouts? If it can help with dark marks, that would be a bonus. Most creams that I do try leaves my face in an oil sleek and makes me break out.

A moisturizer that is inherently mattifying may end up drying your skin in the process. It’s better to set with powder and have your skin be properly hydrated imo.
If you’re looking to tackle dark marks your best bet is to incorporate a high % vitamin c product and use spf 30 everyday.
