Hi girl!

If this is inappropriate then I do understand! But as the summer months are coming in, wearing shorts so will have to start shaving your legs more frequent and often! I keep getting shaving rashes where ever I shave and I have no idea. Like the day of 2 after shaving it gets very sore and I'm not sure what to do, help will be much appreciated!💖

Are you disinfecting your razor before and after use and are you using anything immediately afterward to calm the area? What are you using to shave for glide and is this the bikini area as well that's breaking out?

I normally just run it under warm water before and after use, I normally use aloe Vera after use but doesn't seem to be calming it down. And I normally just use the shaving gel/foam and yeah is mostly the bikini area Rozberry x

These may be silly questions but I'm familiar with the issue and they solved things for me. are you going with or against the grain? it's best to go with the grain, for a close shave against the grain go with the grain first. how many passes are you making with the razor? try not to make more than 3 in each spot, and try not to make more than one of them against the grain. are you shaving with water and the foam or just the foam? when I first started shaving no one told me the foam still needed to be wet and I didn't want to wash it all off as I was using it. how long have you been shaving the area? when I first started shaving I was extra sensitive around the second day when the stubble would grow back in because of how thick the hair is compared to how tender and fatty the skin is. over time my body has gotten used to it. how long do you wait before shaving again? trying to shave too soon may cause irritation too, try letting the hair get a little longer before shaving or if that's not workable for you try using a bikini safe veet or nair like product in between or even instead of shaving.

I normally just shave upwards, and I think by my research that I'm shaving the same but more than 3 times so I'm guessing that's my issue aswell, and yeah I normally shave with the razor and the foam wet as I normally do it in the shower or bath, I wait probably 3-4 days before shaving again. I might try using Veet or Nair just to see how my body reacts to it! Thank you for hot help Aleena!

Try shaving with coconut oil its very effective and prevents razor bumps! And make sure your not using your shaver mor than once. You could be getting irritated from whatever soaps or shaving creams that your using...coconut oil is pure and fragrance free so you shouldnt break out and it has a smoother finish

I had one on my underarm the other day, (and I also get them on my bikini line as well, and do basically the same thing, sometimes I will also put tea tree essential oil on it as well)I as soon as I got out of the shower I out coconut oil on it, hasn't bothered me since :-)

I would think if skin is irritated tea tree oil isn't a good idea because it'll burn and dry it out. Make sure to use shaving cream, and then also apply moisturizing cream after that is fragrance free.
also like other people said, make sure your razor is disinfected and shave with the grain.

also make sure to change your razor when it needs to be! Using a dull razor can cause problems.

hope this helps!
