What is chicken skin?

Hi! So I was wondering what chicken skin is? Or if that's what it's called? I have it on my neck and chest and I don't even know what it is! It's like those very fine tiny bumps. And if anyone knows what it is: do you know what causes it/how to treat it? Thanks:)

It's also called kp...kerotosis pilaris or something like that, I know I spelt it wrong, if you have eczema you can also have kp, it's like clogged pores, you can exfoliate and use a chemical exfoliate, I use paula choice I will send you a pic when I'm home
