So I got a burn like about a week ago, I got 2, one on my arm (from the oven) and another on my neck (hair curler) and I wanna know are they going to scar or are they already scars?? I didn't really start caring about them until like 2 days ago and I don't want them to scar. Someone help!!:(

If you picked it yes it will most likely scar. Apply aloe or Neosporin and let them breathe. You can always treat the scar after the skin heals.

Definitely apply neosporan. Once it is less painful, apply mederma religiously. I burned my arm on a waffle iron (horribly painful) and my scar is basically invisible.

I like to apply aloe vera and coconut oil. Coconut oil is antibacterial and promotes healing and renewal of skin Unless you are allergic to it lol so make sure you're not allergic it.

Burn twins! Yay (?)
Lol! I have one on my hand from the oven too... I put a band-aid on it and let it be because it was always bleeding every time I tried tying my hair in a half-ponytail because I hit it with my nail.
I took the band-aid off today and I moisturized the thick, dark skin with Kiehl's Ultimate Strength Hand Salve... Let's see how it goes! We can keep each other updated!

Based on the ingredients in my Monsia Skincare I made a body butter and when I burnt my hand on the over I slapped some of it on the burn. It is now one week, applying the butter every time I put it on my hands, I think I might be lucky , will let you know if it disappears without leaving a scar/mark.

Vitamin E works wonders to keep burns from scarring bad. I was in a car accident 20+ years ago and the airbag burned the left side of my face. I used Vitamin E several times a day to keep it moisterized. It helped the healing process immensely and I have minimal scaring now. You wouldn't really know unless I pointed it out. Hope you find something that works.
