White dots under eyes, could it not be milia? Because the surface is flat it's just under skin and not flattering under makeup😕😕

Do you have a balanced diet?? Those dots are symptoms of anemia

I have them. Two on my face and a couple on my inner thighs. Perfectly harmless. It's called tinea versicolor. It's caused by malassezia which is a harmless yeast that resides on the skin. It's common on individuals who reside in hot/humid climates. It's not contagious and it's harmless. If your body is experiencing extreme malnutrition in which its void of vitamin d/e and calcium you can have white spots on not only your face but body as well. I've seen that on young children when I did church mission work years ago in Kenya. And I highly doubt that is your situation. There is hypopigmentation (just the opposite of hyperpigmentation) in which you experience a depletion of melanin of the skin but those start out much larger than dots on the skin. Anemia...I had that as a kid and it just results in an all-over pallor to the skin...no white dots.

As far as the tinea versicolor goes I just make sure to keep myself well hydrated, keep myself in cool environments during the hot/humid months and wear loose clothing to keep from more popping up. Mine doesn't show thru makeup though and I don't anything special to try and cover them up because someone would have to be all up in grill to even see them.
