I have been using a Olay facial scrub for a few months and I have seen my acne getting worse so I need something new. does anyone have any suggestions for very acne prone skin, that is sensitive, red, and oily.

You should try he Aztec Secret Indian healing clay. It's very powerful and actually works. You can get it on Amazon and it has extremely great reviews.

It may sound weird but use a cleansing oil (clarins does one) it will gently cleanse your skin and trick it into thinking it has enough oil
