My skin Doctor told me that neutrogena is too harsh for my skin. But maybe that one is gentle enough for you.

The cetaphil still has chemicals... Everything on the planet has chemicals... Salt is a chemical (sodium hydroxide) but I do like cetaphil's gentle skin cleanser - it's void of some harsher chemicals and has no active ingredients which make it a very neutral cleanser that doesn't add anything extra that your face doesn't need and it is a brand many dermatologists recommend for that reason

I use cetaphil or spectrojel but for clearing my acne fast I love clean and clear 3 in 1 set. It's a wash, moisturizer and spot treatment

I wouldn't go for drugstore products if your skin is acne prone.. I would go to Sephora where they sell good products like Clinique, I hear their acne skin care line is very effective!
