I've had Clarisonic unopened for quite a while now, and I'm not sure if I should use it.
I have acne and I'm wondering if Clarisonic would be too sensitive for my skin or if it would break me out even more. I really need a final solution, and I'm worried about it.
Right now I've just been using Cetaphil as a gentil cleanser. It's good on my skin, because it doesn't get flared up.
Should I then use Clarisonic with Cetaphil cleanser?

I use cetaphil, a Clarisonic, I have sensitive skin, and acne and I haven't had any problems.

The Clarisonic is the best investment I've ever made for my skin, I highly suggest you start using yours! You may experience a purging period when you first start using it but the Clarisonic does an amazing job at helping clear up acne and fade any dark marks that may follow (:

I used my clarisonic for 2 years and never noticed a single improvement in my skin. I have acne and some marks on my face and it did nothing for them. its nice for cleaning my face but it wasnt any different from washing with my hands

Your acne can be caused by so many different things. is it good for acne? Not necessarily but it's not bad. A clarisonic may improve your skins acne but it may not make a huge difference if that's the only thing you're doing to improve your skin. Clarisonic or not, it's important to have a good skincare regimen that you use on a daily basis from a precleanse all the way to serums. Also be sure to eat healthy and drink lots of water. Make sure you are precleansing to remove all your makeup before using a beneficial cleanser for your skin type and concerns. I'd also look into getting on a routine of getting peels done. Also make sure none of the products your using are stripping your acid mantle, which will cause more acne in the long run. I personally use a clarisonic and like it but I wouldn't say it's a miracle worker, you have to make sure every step of your routine is beneficial for your skin

Getting a Clarisonic is the best thing to ever happen to my acne. The main issue with acne and makeup is removing all of it and the Clarisonic gets every last bit.
