Here's a picture showing a way to make your eyes appear larger. Applying liner with maybe a small wing and mascara can drastically help your eyes appear bigger (as shown in the picture).
Another tip to make your eyes appear larger is putting a small dab of slightly shimmery white/cream eyeshadow on the inner corners of your eyes, this makes them appear more awake and large :)
