Which brands have good liquid eyeliner, that is inexpensive.

-L.A. Colors Liquid Eyeliner in Black ($2)
-Physicians Formula Eyeliner Pen in Black ($8-10)
These two are my favorites! Both have great staying power, good application, and are dark. L.A. Colors is a little more watery, which is normal with the given price, but it's definitely not bad! I hope I helped some! Xx

I highly recommend Wet and Wild liquid liner. It comes in a variety of colors and it's 3-4 dollars depending on which colors. It works really well.

Maybelline line stiletto about 8 dollars
Elf liquid liner about 2 dollars
Revlon and maybelline have good markers for about 9-12 dollars
And loreal carbon black is about 8-9 dollars.
All very pigmented and inexpensive.

Elf has about $2-$4 liquid eyeliner and it is fantastic

Elf has some cream eyeliner that really works well for me. Eyeliner has always been a struggle but what I use is the elf cream eyeliner in black and any angled brush. It's super easy for cat eyes. I've always struggled with a pencil and liquid so the angled brush really helps. Hope you find this useful
