What's the best stuff to use to cover up acne before putting makeup on!? Cuz you can always see my acne through my makeup and it's gross.

Is it just a texture issue? If not, I love the CoverFX blemish treatment primer. It helps to reduce the appearance of spots when they're still active, it contains salicylic acid.
If the issue is redness peeking through, a green primer or concealer for fair-light skin (or a yellow one for medium to olive skin) will be the solution, in my opinion.
I haven't found a way to get rid of bumpiness, though, if you're asking about texture. A silicone based primer can help a bit: it can smooth out scarring and indentations a bit but it will not flatten the raised blemishes. Using matte products will reduce the appearance of them, also don't use highlighting concealers that are lighter than your skin tone or they'll just stand out more.

I agree, a thick coat of color canceling concealer helps, but I heard that they have these new liquid "masks" that give your skin a solid base to put your foundation on but I would have to do some research....
