Moisturizer, brows(Because my brows are so drawn on, I like to be able to wipe them off if needed) then primer, Face makeup, eyes, then lips. However, if I want to create look surrounding a certain lip color, I do my lips before eyes. And when I use glitter, I do my eyes first.
