Hey guys :)
I have rosacea and a little bit of akne. I have pills called aknenormin (isotetinin) I take them since 3 month. But my face looks still the same.. I have heard about lemon juice that should help if you put it on face. Do you have some ideas? :)

DO NOT USE LEMON! Its so bad for your skin, same goes for toothpaste! You will end up burning your skin! Trust me, it happened to me and left awful red scars on my chin...

I would try a gentle cleanser like CeraVe as for acne, its kinda hard to say what you should try so you won't irritate the rosacea. I would probably go with Boscia because it seems to be a little more gentle than other acne cleansers out there...

Have you talked with your doctor to discuss the lack of change in your skin?

What are you trying to resolve? Redness? Dry skin? Itching? Large patches of acne? Spots? It would help to know more about your skin or see photos of your areas of concern.

Oh..you are so pretty! Whenever you have acne with another skin condition, such as Rosacea, you must choose your products with great care. You want to avoid witch hazel, alcohol, perfumes and fragrant oils.
What is your skin care routine right now..what do you wash with..anything you are applying to the face right now?

I hope Sarah, Shelley and Kitty see this as they have extensive skin care knowledge.

They are fellow members and moderators. I can recommend some soothing products that are approved by the National Rosacea Society, such as CeraVe cleanser or Dove Sensitive unscented, but because you also combating acne and are on oral medication, I'd consult my derm for a follow up. You can safely use CeraVe lotion for moisturizing as well and wearing a broad spectrum sunscreen is important. I'd also recommend drinking Green Tea and being sure to include enough Omega 3 in my diet.
Here is a list of tips from The National Rosacea Society that I hope is of some use to you.
