I really want to go full on teal. I don't plan on keeping in the color for a long time because I want to go light brown with a blonde bayalage after. My question is, will the teal be difficult to remove from my hair? Thank You!

You could go blonde first and use temporary or Demi or semi permanent dye so it won't be hard or damaging to get out

Some teal products do leave a residue after. My mom actually did it on her hair which is blonde and had to bleach some spots after because there was still some teal left over. Maybe look up some brands and check out the reviews - some might be better to get out than others. Good luck! :)

Green can be super hard to remove, especially on bleached hair, something about the colour really grabs, I guess if you're going to be going brown afterwards though it would be okay if it was a warm/red toned brown to counteract the green.

Teal fades quickly on me, and goes back to the base color.

I had teal hair, and I loved it! Some hair dyes don't fade as quick as others. For instance Manic Panic faded quicker than RAW hair dye in my opinion. I've used both and I would stick to RAW.
