It's actually brown with highlights.
You can see the roots and the back of he head are more of a light ash brown whereas the front you see the highlights.
I'd say they're around a level 9 and toned with an ash color

You don't have to colour your entire hair brown since you're already blonde, just get highlights! :)

It's a "trend" colour referred to in the salon as "Bronde" it's a mix between blonde and brown using a few different tones with high and low lights.

I wouldn't advise trying to do it yourself, as it's a fairly advanced technique and it's not just ash dye. If your hair is blonde right now, depending on how light it is - and you were to put an ash brown dye on top it will only give you a nasty green tinted brown, or pull too dark.
