Eyebrow color help?

I CANNOT find a good color for my eyebrows. It always ends up way too dark when I try to match my hair, and if I try to go lighter it ends up way too light. Any tips or anything that could help? Ill include a picture of myself in case it helps at all.

Have you tried urban decays brow beater pencil? They are quite versatile and from your picture it seems the urban decay brow beater in neutral brown would match quite nicely.

And the only things I've tried are a few drugstore pencils and a brow gel by smashbox I believe.

It would be best if you could go in and swatch the colours to compare them to the natural colour of your brows. If you're looking for a pencil the Abh brow wiz is amazing. I think you'd be either taupe or soft brown but I'm not the best at these things.
