Is it new? If not then maybe it wasn't closed properly and some moisture got in? I could be totally wrong though.

Is it deathly hot out there? lipsticks are mainly waxes and oils so it's pretty common for that to happen when they get hot. it usually doesn't ruin the lipstick or anything when that happens but if it's constantly sweating it can dry out the formula. the extra moisture can attract and harbor bacteria too so make sure you you don't store it somewhere too hot or humid. if your house it too hot and theirs noting you can do to fix that try putting the lipsticks in the fridge door, not the freezer though you don't want them too cold, until it's a more reasonable temperature.

That's probably it! My lights in my vanity are super hot plus it's always humid in the summer. Thank you so much!

Your lipstick just sweated. It happens. All lipsticks are is varrying mixtures of waxes, oils, esters, solvents, preservatives, and sometimes fragrances with the pigments that give the lipstick it's color. The two major causes of sweating in lipsticks are the compatibility of the waxes and oils and the percentage of pigment that is added to these binders. In other words, what you are seeing are tiny tiny tiny drops of oil coming out of the wax pushing to the surface of the lipstick. Sometimes it just happens when it is exposed to variations in heat during shipment and storage before it gets to you. Not a huge deal unless you experience difficulties in terms of how the lipstick applies across the surface of your lips. ;)

Completely natural and nothing to worry about. Many of my lipsticks have these same marks. It's a manufacturing thing and could also be a product of lipstick sweat. Nothing to worry about
