The Bdellium Tools Maestro brushes are fairly inexpensive and high quality. You can get a set for $100-110: http://bdelliumtools.com/maestro.html

(They also have lots of affiliate coupon codes out there so you can save some $$ if you do some searching around for those. Usually 10-15% off. And if you sign up for their email promotions they send out lots of coupon codes that way as well.)

I really like morphe brushes, they're not expensive so you would be able to buy quite a few!

Wayne Goss' brushes are amazing. Everything applies like a dream and they are SO soft! His eye brush set is my favorite, makes everything really easy to blend. I also love his #2 blush brush, possibly my favorite brush ever.
