Is it better to wash your hair every other day or only Bout twice a week?

It depends on what type of hair you have. I wash my hair every other day because I dye my hair.

If you can power through with dry shampoo and stuff then just do twice a week.

Try to do what Hailey said. mine is also thin and very oily so I wash every other day. lots of people say that they had to "train" their hair until it wasn't greasy anymore. it's just that it takes a few months and you have to be consistent. I've been doing this for 2 and already see huge improvements!

I don't really have a schedule but I only wash my hair whenever it starts looking/feeling gross - so probably once or twice a week. Let me tell you - the difference in my hair is astonishing. It'll take some time to get your hair used to the decrease in washing, especially with yours already being oily, so invest in a dry shampoo and you might have to deal with wearing your hair up or under hats/bandanas, etc. for a bit but it is sooo worth it!

Twice a week. washing it constantly will dry out your hair and suck out your hairs natural oils.
