It looks like a shampoo or conditioner with red dye in it :) You can use it to keep hair color vibrant between dyes!

It has different uses. I personally used the blue violet one to color correct a couple of times when my hair was brassy

You use color fillers on lighter hair if you're trying to go dark to avoid splotchiness.
