Help!! Tons of breakouts on my back!

All of a sudden I'm getting tons of pimples all over the top of my back and shoulders! I really need to get rid of these before homecoming! They also slightly itch but I'm not sure why? They're definitely pimples though. How can I get rid of them?! I have not used any new products plus I have also cut my hair so it's not like oils from my hair is causing this?

Whatever you do don't pick them, I always have pimples on my back and shoulders and I learnt the hard way by picking them, they leave dark scars so make sure you don't pick them! If you don't get rid of these before home coming just add a little powder on them, in my home coming I had a backless dress and all my pimples were on show but no one said anything or looks and I just completely forgot :) but you can add some Mario badescu drying lotion on them:)

I just read an article on xovain the other day written by a girl with the same problem who discovered that using those horrid Clearisil acne pads, the really scratchy, strong smelling ones, on her body completely alleviated the issue. They are the kind that contain benzoyl peroxide as their active ingredient.

I had itchy red bumps that looked a lot like acne on my back in middle school, but my derm actually diagnosed it as KP. It's a skin condition where your skin doesn't shed dead cells properly so they build up. It's most commonly presented as red bumps on the backs of legs and arms but it can be on your back as well. I would try exfoliating with a gentle shower scrub and then being sure to moisturize afterward!! It's the dryness that causes the itching! My doctor recommended AmLactin Body Lotion, which you can get at CVS. It's a little expensive, but a little bit goes a long way and it really helped me :)
