I have mild acne in my tzone and now its spreading to my cheeks and in my upper lip area! Are there any affordable products that'll clear it up ASAP?

Well I use the Walgreens brand Acne Cleanser. My skin is sometimes oiler than dry so I alternate between a Neutrogena Oil Free Moisturizer and Ponds dry skin cream.

I find that Ponds moisturizer makes you break so I suggest to stop using that for a few days and only use one moisturizer. I suggest for when you have very dry skin to use Olay's night cream. It works for me and after two days of using it my skin isn't as dry. Unfortunately I have to go alternate between the night cream and the neutrogena one with SPF 50 because I use retin-A and if I don't use sunscreen my face becomes irritated. I also suggest to get a face mask and only do it once or twice a week.

Ponds is a pretty heavy duty moisturizer so it works well but I do find it breaks me out as well. I think it may clog your pores. I would take Sarahs advice and maybe switch to Olay.
