I would check with your pediatrician. That stuff is potent.

I just Googled it and Vicks does not recommend it for children under 2yrs because of their smaller airways and could cause respiratory distress.

I personally wouldn't put Vicks on her feet and chest as it is very strong.
I work with babies, make sure your little girl is kept hydrated (give her extra feeds). As long as she was born after 37 weeks and is over 4kg (which is 9lb), she can have baby paracetamol but I would definitely check with your paediatrician first. But I would definitely take her to a Dr or paediatrician as it can help relieve her symptoms as babies cannot communicate with us traditionally and to make sure that it hasn't developed into something else.

Check with your pediatrician definitely but in the mean time, sitting in the bathroom with the shower running really hot (your goal is to crest steam) can help a stuffed up kiddo. As for Vicks, I wouldn't recommend it for infants, but I freaking love the stuff on myself!
