Best eye cream for dark circles?

I do not use an eye cream but I would like to start. I have dark circles under my eyes and I was wondering if you had any suggestions on the best eye cream to use? I have sensitive skin.

I'm on my second pot of Erborian Ginseng Infusion Total Eye. I love it, and my dark circles improved by using it. It's a thick.ish creamthat doesn't feel oily or heavy with tiny ginseng beads that melt when you pat the product in, and it's great under makeup too.
To see the most improvement, up your daily intake of water, get enough sleep and take care of your allergies if your eyes can get irritated, and most of all don't rub them and scratch them.

I am not suffering from this condition but many of my friends are going through this. Many of my friend uses Eyevage product which is Solvaderm product recommended by dermatologist. It lighten discoloration and dark circles. You may try this product.
