I'm looking for a good foot cream for everyday use. The one I use now is the type for putting on with socks before bed, but I need something that I can put on in the morning and go without it feeling greasy and gross when I put shoes on or walk around the house. Something I can get at Walgreens or Walmart would be best but I am open to anything I would be able to buy online if those two shoppes aren't an option. My price range would be about $25 (hopefully lower haha, but that's I highest I can go with my current budget). :)

My mom buys foot creams from Avon! There's another I've seen she uses its a kiwi one from Zermat, it's a light and refreshing one, but it's online.

Avon has some good ones and I use the cerave cream on my face and it's very hydrating but lightweight and is recommended for drier areas like Elbows and knees so I'm sure it'll be great for feet

I get a pedicure every 3 weeks, but inbetween at home I use "Udderly Smooth" lotion. My daughter bought be a big tub of it from Walmart so I'm sure it's cheap. They use it for dairy cow udders, which as you know get pulled on a heck of a lot, so hey - if it can keep those dry, it should work for me tootsies!! And it does. :-p.
