Lately I've been breaking out pretty bad, I am a little nervous to go to the dermatologist to get medication because I've heard that it kills your eggs. Are there any natural supplements that could help my skin out? Thanks so much!

"Kills your eggs"? It sounds to me like you've been misinformed. Like all medications, medicated acne products - whether topical or ingested - can potentially have side effects.
However, that's not one I've ever heard before, and you're much better off discussing those effects with your doctor than listening to information online that could come from anywhere. Your doctor should be totally willing to discuss side effects and the likeliness they'll occur with you, and help you decide what product would be best for your individual body chemistry.
Please please please see a dermatologist! They go to school for many many years so that they can do their job in an effective and safe way. If at any time they make you uncomfortable or you don't feel confident in them, then the beauty of it is you can always try to find another one. I would do some research and review some credentials and read some reviews of dermatologists in your areas specializing in acne.

Have you changed anything in your routine? Are you under more stress? Using new products (shampoo, facial cleanser, etc.)? Changed your diet? Do you change your pillowcase weekly? There are a myriad of reasons why you could be breaking out - sometimes it's REALLY hard to pinpoint what it might be! If you're nervous about taking medication from a dermatologist, ask them to recommend something over-the-counter, or even an at-home mask or scrub you could use that would help.
