Hi ladies, so I've suffered from under eye bags since a young age, I was told its because some of us have really dark vains under our eyes and as a result we always look tired, I'm wanting to buy something for that, any suggestions??

Here are a couple of suggestions:
sleep on two pillows...keeping your elevated can help drain fluid from the under eye bag and de-puff them.
use cold compresses or cold spoons to depuff them. freeze two spoons overnight and then in the morning pat them undereyes to de-puff eyes. alternatively, wrap ice cubes in a thin cloth and pat the compress under eye to relieve puffiness.
pop two used green tea bags in the freezer and put them on your eyes for 10 mins. the same goes for cucumber slices.
potatoes help too. You can use slices of potatoes on eyes for the same.
massaging helps circulate blood under eyes. lightly massage under eye bags everyday for a couple of minutes using your ring fingers.
eye creams...use eye creams with hydrating properties and caffeine...I personally like Scalisi Skincare Eye Cream..available at birchbox but their entire range is a bit expensive...I've heard about garnier's roll on eye treatment too you can google reviews for that..
for makeup, apply concealer in an inverted triange rather than a crescent shape under eyes. also don't apply too much or else it will look fake and cakey..
also, if you have puffy lower eye lids then use two concealers..one lighter shade, one darker than your skin tone...apply the darker shade over the puffy, swollen eye bag and the lighter shade along the curvy edge of the eye bag...the dark color will make the bag look less puffy and the lighter color will highlight the edge to make it look less deep..
lastly, drink LOTS of water..the more you drink, the more your body will stay hydrated and prevent water retention...eat fruits and vegetables too..sleep on time and sleep for a good 8 hours...
lastly, if your dark circles are due to your genetic makeup or for example if you have chronic asthma, then you can't do anything to get rid of them completely..hope it all helps :)

I agree with Rida, if what you have are truly "bags". Sometimes people use the term "bags" interchangeably with PUFFINESS under the eyes and undereye darkness or circles (usually half moon shaped). But if you don't have true bags (puffiness ) and what you have is dark circles, the I would recommend a Vitamin C cream like the Tarte Maracuja eye cream or the Benefit IT's POTENT eye cream. Neither are going to totally obliterate the darkness, it it may make enough of an improvement where it makes covering them up easier.

Not sure if you're talking about puffiness or darkness, but if your problem is dark circles I'd recommend the bobbi brown corrector!
