Whenever I apply foundation iy always sticks to my dry patches. how can I archive that flawless face without it sticking to my dry patches. I cleanse and moisturize also.

Neutrogena ultra gentle cleanser

aveeno positively radiant moisturizer or clinique dramatically different moisturizer
then primer and foundation

I would try exfoliating, and using a thicker lotion definitely! I use the cetaphil cream in a tub, it's very thick and keeps me hydrated

You might be using too much foundation, or not letting your moisturizer and primer dry sufficiently before applying your foundation.

Dry patches can be caused by a variety of reasons. Maybe one product you're using or not using or a few products you're using or not using. You have to look at everything.
Non drying cleanser
Exfoliating, but not too often.
Overuse of acne, products for oily skin, or retinol products.
Using a moisterizers not for your skin type.
And using a primer and foundation for your skintype. Looking at what you're already using is the first step in identifying the problem. Introducing a new product into your regime may not help if you're still using or doing something that's contributing to the patchiness.
