I usually ice my bug bites for a little bit and then the itchiness goes away. If that doesn't work you can always apply hydrocortisone cream to the affected area.

I run then in water or soak them. Then when I shower I scrub them with soap and if you do it right away or right when you notice them then it helps get the poison out. The poison is what makes bug bites itch so that's what you pretty much need yo do is to take put the poison. You can also squeeze it but I wouldn't recommend it because if you do it wrong it could make the itching worse and harder to take care of.

I would really recommend Lucas papaw ointment. It's amazing for bites. It will help with the itching and reduce the size and redness.

Tea tree oil can be found in places like Whole Foods. I like to buy it from The Body Shop because it is already diluted, so it's safe to use straight from the container :)

Hydrocortisone cream or a topical antihistamine are the best options for bug bites

You can buy Lucas papaw ointment on beautylish (however it is much pricey) or if you live in Australia it's really easy to get, and cheaper
