I just purchased the Pond's cold cream after hearing it mentioned online a lot, but I have a few questions. The first one will probably seem a bit stupid, but why is it called cold cream? Is it just because it's cold in temperature? Another question is how do you personally use this? How do you use it around the eye area? It says it can remove waterproof mascara so can it be applied to the eyes? Just any general information on it would be brilliant, thank you!

Its awesome at removing makeup but I hate how greasy it feels on my skin. Its anything but cool and refreshing in my opinion. And its such a pain if you get it in your eyes because its so thick and oily...take your contacts out beforehand if you use it on your eyes and do the method Hailey mentioned.
