Mine was at 12, my mom did a home highlight kit on my hair. I wish I didn't color it all kinds of crazy colors after that, because I want that hair back. It was so pretty and natural looking.

15. Went from brown to red and was for a year and a half. I'm 17 now and since then I've had light brown dip dye, blonde dip dye and it cut into a long bob because of the damage :(

14. I went to a salon though. Before that I did put a plum color on with this crazy color foam stuff that was big at the time. I went red with black underneath my first time. I'm 20 now and about done with dyeing my hair for a while. I haven't realized how damaging it could be until I stopped, but it was fun to play and experiment over the years.
