I love cateyes but I never knew how to make them happen..
I've tried watching YouTube and looking at pictures but nothing works!

it's all about what type of eye liner you use. first find if it's easier to use gel, pencil, or felt tip and then take it from there!

also when doing the actually wing part of the cateye, follow your bottom lash line and draw the line up following the gradual line. it's hard to explain but that's how I do it and it works everytime. tell me if you need more clarification
