Clinique or Bare Minerals? Help!?

I'm currently using Clinique for make up, I kinda want to try Bare Minerals but I'm a bit scared to switch my makeup. Is Bare Minerals good or what else could I try? Help please!?!?

Lots of people love bare minerals...I'm not one of those people lol at least as far as the face powders go I hated them. They made my skin feel very tight and dry no matter what I did and throughout the day it would look flaky and splotchy, I never used it ever again. I got into Clinique foundation more recently and out of everything I've tried it is the absolute best for me

I love bare minerals. I work at an Ulta, so I've heard multiple people give their own opinions. Some like it, others don't. Multiple reasons. I personally love it because it's quick to apply, it feels as if you're not wearing anything, and it's a build able coverage. Others don't like it because it tends to be messy and can sometimes give a cakey look - but it depends on the person. If anything, I'd say try getting it at an Ulta. You can always return it if you don't like it, but I'd say give it a shot! Ps, if you decide to use it, don't use the bare mineral brushes. They shed too much.

I had a love/hate relationship with bare minerals. I watched a YouTube video that changed my technique and now I love it again. Don't use their brushes. Use their primer. Warm up the powder by swirling for 12-15 sec. Synthetic brushes have worked better for me. My dislikes of it that it does take some time to apply and concealer is a must. Not great coverage but it gives u such a natural, glowy look!

I use bare minerals. Their bronzers are phenomenal. If you use Clinique cream based or liquid foundation and need something to set it with, I'd go for bare minerals but just bare minerals alone for foundation I wouldn't do.

I use the bare minerals primer, powder foundation, and mineral veil everyday and I think it works great. For me it stays all day and doesn't look cakey or splotchy.

I would stick to Clinique, I don't know about bareminerals much, but I use clinique and it's the onle make I like, and I've used loads!! if it works for you, stick to it, you don't want to switch now that your skin has got use to Clinique.

Go to a sephora or ulta and ask them to pick your shade and put it on you. Then you will see how it feels, how it looks, and you may or may not like it. I have a friend who swears by it. I know what she looks like without foundation and it does wonders for her skin. It's a matter of personal preference. I tried it and loved it. But I have a way less expensive drug store brand that suits me fine, so I didn't switch.

I used clinique foundation for a while but recently decided to switch to bare minerals because I felt it gave me a more natural look. But, if you need more coverage, I feel clinique does a better job with that.

Bare minerals has no coverage. If you want to wear just powder get a Clinique one. Besides there are so many Clinique foundations that maybe it is just time to switch formulas. I'm gonna be honest, unless your skin is flawless already, bare minerals sucks!

Clinique is awesome! They sometimes give free sample kits out when you but their face moisturizer (which i love) lol! :)
