I never know how to do the smoky eye I see tutorials and I can't seem to do it does any one have any tips?

A smokey eye is one color with it darkest on the lid and fades as it goes into the crease and beyond that. You can use an eyeliner to draw a thick messy line and blend it out and continue to add product and blend until you're happy with the intensity. You could also just put eyeshadow on the lid and blend it out and continuing to apply as blend until you're happy with it. Also a traditional smokey eye doesn't include a regular line of eyeliner, winged or otherwise (:
