I like a lot of people have back acne. BLEH! It really is a pain when I have to wear a dress or a swimsuit. I am currently using prescribed products but after a year and a half, I haven't seen a drastic improvement. And tips, products, or whatever?

I've been washing it with purpose gentle cleanser and then treating it with acne.org AHA cream. It's been working great I'm almost clear after 5 weeks I just have a few dark spots that are clearing. The AHA acts also as a dark spot corrector so it's great on my back for after acne scars. I wash and treat every morning and night. Go to acne.org and they have more information and tips I hope I helped I know how you feel! I have a lot of new clothes for the school year and I wasn't able to wear a lot of them because my bacne showed!

I used cetaphil products on my back when I had acne it really helped a lot but it can be an expensive product and would also suggest not using any moisturizer or creams on your back as this will help the acne to dry up , hope this helped know how you feel went through it myself

Talk to the dr. again and ask about other options.

My dr. hated it when I told her I was washing with regular Cetaphil. I don't doubt that it's good for other people's skin, but if your acne is bad enough to get prescriptions for I was told it's a bad idea.

Murad make this clarifying spray that has a 360 degree spray so it can work when the bottle is turned upside down. Also make sure you are using a clarifying shampoo. Sometimes the oils from our hair are the culprit! Also, moisturize!!
