So I have my daily skin routine of washing my face with a mild soap and then applying lotion when my face is just barely dry so that is absorbs well. But my question is, is it alright to put a little on my eyelids and underneath my eye? Moist eyelids are important too right? 😊

Moisturizer is important every where, but you should be careful about what you're putting close to and in your eyes, that is very thin and sensitive skin, don't forget that there are amazing eye specific creams and gels available, to keep it value conscious try something like Garnier roll on gel, available at drugstores.

Otherwise you risk irritation or long term damage to your eye or the membrane that protects it. These are your eyes folks, best not to mess around...
