It is a bit much, but depending on your style, it could look really cool. If you are going to remove one though, I'd take out the big one in the center of your upper lip. Just because it'll space out the others

Does it feel really sore around your mouth after getting three in one day??
I've been really into piercing ever since I broke up with my over controlling boyfriend and I keep getting them one at a time and it's a nit inconvenient going back constantly
Is it difficult getting more than one a day??

It actually wasn't! The piercer I went to was very sweet, he did my septum first, then my second lip, then my medusa. The medusa was the most painful, and I don't know if that's because it was my upper lip or if it's because it was the last piercing I got, but right now my face is feeling pretty good. The septum didn't hurt whatsoever. I will say though, the medusa is probably the most crusty (sorry if that's gross) that I've ever gotten, which is the only annoying part.

Girl I feel you, medusa hurts more because it's harder tissue I've had mine 3 times and the last time suckedddd haha! I'm personally not feeling the spider bites, I think snake bites would've evened it out a little but better but Until recently I was super symmetrical with my piercings haha :)
