Best powder foundation?

Hi beauties! I'm looking for a powder foundation that is very natural looking (do not want matte!) with a coverage of light to medium. I have tried so many liquid foundations that haven't worked so now I am venturing into the powder world. Also I do not want it to look cakey at all! Very natural looking. Any suggestions? Thanks :)

I really like the Urban Decay powder foundation, and it can be applied wet or dry to adjust the coverage.

Yeah bareminerals made me break out :( has anyone heard of smash box Halo powder? Or tarte Amazonian clay airbrush powder?
