I have incredibly light skin that's prone to redness. I've found foundations that give me the coverage I need, but all of them go orange once exposed to the air. I've tried Benefit Oxygen Wow, Tarte Amazonian Clay and Urban Decay Naked most recently.

Is your skin dry, normal, combo, oily?
I have oily skin and I like MUFE mat velvet.
RCMA color process is also really good

MUFE Mat Velvet + in No.15 is the palest foundation I've used (besides the RCMA, I use shade Ivory) so both of Taylor's suggestions are excellent. However, I have a feeling that the MUFE would cake in dry flaky patches, so if you have dry skin it's probably not for you. The RCMA is extremely full coverage, but it's a bit different to apply and there's definitely a learning curve when using it. I personally don't like using it for everyday use, but I know people on here who do so it could be a good option and I believe it would work with dry skin, although I've never tested that theory so I could be wrong.

For reference, Urban Decay's Naked Skin in the lightest shade was too dark on me after it oxidized as well, although it didn't look too bad with a very pale concealer to highlight (Nars Radiant Creamy Concealer in Chantilly! I've heard it creases on some people, but it is THE PALEST concealer you will find ever).

As for drugstore, I've heard that the Revlon Colorstay in Ivory is incredibly pale, but I've never used it, so again I could be wrong. Also, I heard that on YouTube just for reference (I think it was one of Sharon Farrell's videos) so sometimes youtubers aren't always the most informed - although I do generally trust Sharon. I believe she said it's about an NW10 from MAC - I don't know if that's a helpful reference for you haha but I'm currently using a sample of the Studio Fix Fluid in NW10 and it seems to match me really well, although I can't really tell if it oxidizes yet. So the MAC Studio Fix Fluid is another option as well.

Ok, well that got really long! Sorry lol, I just really understand the pale girl struggle. People are calling themselves "fair" and are highlighting with concealers that are still 3 shades darker than me. So yeah, as I said I haven't tried all of these options, but hopefully one of them works for you! Good luck!

L'Oreal true match and MUFE both have very pale shades. Revlon Colorstay has pale shades but I personally hate the foundation. It's so inconsistent. one bottle will be watery and the next will be thick like glue plus it made me break out really bad.

I'm fairy pasty, so I've just started using bb creams and tinted moisturizers instead of foundation. My Neutrogena tinted moisturizer is amazing and doesn't look even the slightest bit orange. Too Faced bb cream in Snow Glow is also amazing.

I wear No. 15 (Alabaster) in MUFE Mat Velvet and W1 (Porcelain) in L'Oreal True Match. I'm just like you with pale skin that's prone to redness. Mat Velvet is great in the summer, especially if you have oily skin (like me). True Match is better suited for colder conditions because it tends to get greasy with heat. I've found that Revlon ColorStay's lightest color Ivory is too dark for me, along with UD Naked Skin in the lightest shade (it oxidized on me as well, which broke my heart, I wanted to try it so bad!). I know Kat Von D's Lock It Foundation has a shade, Light 42, that is extremely pale and it's full coverage (it's the same shade Kat uses herself).
