Hey, I've had one large cystic acne spot and it's broken the skin so all fresh skin is showing- what can I do to help it heal asap and not scar? Thanks x

I'd clean it well..disinfect, then treat it as an open wound by applying Neosporin or any anti-biotic ointment and cover it with a bandaid. Covering helps speed healing. Once it has scabbed, I'd apply Mederma and be gentle with it.
