Add some high lights first. They will brighten up your whole complexion and make your eyes stand out like "wow". You sound very undecided. So don't do anything drastic, bc you might kick yourself later. Start with high lights and go from there.

Thank you but michelle since i had my baby 7 months agoo i cut it and i has not grew a bit so my hair doesnt grow easily it grows nothing soo idk what to do to make it long thats why i want to change my color plus ive been using hair extensions to make it longer but yup :/
