If you're already tanner it shouldn't be a problem. Any shimmery glowy lotion would help you achieve that look. As well as keeping well moisturized. Victoria's Secret sells a shimmer lotion which I absolutely love because since I'm naturally dark it's hard to avoid looking dull and this lotion definitely does it for me.

That's a sheen from oil, not shimmer. Any oily moisturizer, dry oil, or even glycerine will create that shine. You have to reapply as it soaks in/wears off, but it isn't a difficult look to achieve.
