Huge inflamed pimple, ouch!

I woke up this morning with the biggest pimple ever on my forehead! I swear it looks like a horn is growing out of my face!😂😂 I'm currently treating it with benzoyl peroxide. But man does this pimple hurt! It's inflamed and it hurts all around! My question is, how can I relive some of the pain? Thanks in advance!😘

Maybe some kind of cold compress? That might help with the inflammation too.

May sound weird but toothpaste really soothes it! Also takes the redness away :)

DO NOT use toothpaste. It will just irritate it more. For swelling ice/cold compress helps and I also recommend breaking open a Liquid Advil Gel capsule and apply it to the pimple with some Neosporin and cover with a band aid. I prefer this over the Aspirin mask... Other than that, leave it alone and use a gentle face wash (I don't recommend exfoliating because that is going to make it hurt worse). I will also sometimes use cortisone ointment (I think it works better than cream) like you use for bug bites, but it helps reduce swelling. I apply it with Neosporin and cover with band aid too.

Try holding an ice cube on it - the cold will help the swelling go down and freeze skin pores removing dirt and oil.
