Honestly I wouldn't be doing anything to it. I'd use paw paw ointment on it and let it heal by itself, wouldn't recommend trying to cover it with makeup.

I agree with Shaye; I wouldn't mess with it too much. I'd say put some Neosporin on it two or three times a day and just leave it alone. Also, no makeup! That won't help it to heal it will only hinder the process. I know you may want it covered but it's better to have it not caked under product as that delays the healing time.
